Inner Development Goals

The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) involves an essential framework of 23 transformative skills and qualities of human growth and development  across five dimensions for sustainable development. Here is how Conscious Social Change and its Five Capacities map to the IDGs as a powerful methodology for inner development and employing consciousness in social change design:

The IDGs have put forth a framework of five core pillars that experts in leadership development and sustainability agree are necessary in our inner development to achieve societal change. Likewise, Conscious Social Change, as a methodology, names Five Capacities that one develops through deep inner work and specific skillsets that supports our ability to advance social change mindfully. Each CSC capacity contributes to an IDG capacity as mapped in color below. 

Social Entrepreneurship & Community Engagement is a sixth component of the Conscious Social Change model that contributes to one’s skillfulness as a social impact leader.
