Gyslaine Uwitonze
Executive Director
Gyslaine Uwitonze is the Executive Director of Umurage Growth. In this capacity, she oversees the organization's operations, ensures its continued growth and success, and strengthens her social justice spirit to support the development of conscious social work to improve people's lives. Gyslaine was born and raised in Rwanda. She pursued a bachelor's degree in law, which provided a solid educational foundation and the skills necessary to excel professionally.
Esperance Ineza
Administrative & Finance Officer
Esperance Ineza has 7 years of experience working in finance. Before joining Umurage Growth, Esperance was at Global Grassroots, where she managed East Africa finance and administration operations and supported the ongoing activities of the program team. Esperance holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Kigali Independent University and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Adventist University of Central Africa.
Rose Kansiime
Program Officer
Rose Kansiime is a Program officer for Umurage Growth, she is based in Uganda. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering programs, collaborating with the Executive Director, coordinating activities with partner organizations, monitoring progress, and ensuring donor requirements are met. Rose oversees the young women’s program in Uganda, and the online young women alumni engagement project. Rose holds a bachelor of arts degree in development studies from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
Genevieve Iranyuze Atosha
Program Assistant
Genevieve Iranyuze Atosha earned her MBA in Project Management from the University of Kigali, which equipped her with essential skills in managing projects effectively within various sectors. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management with a concentration in Global Perspectives, which allows her to understand healthcare systems on an international scale.
